ONAMI at Easy Sunday Soul Session.
At ONAMI Cleaning Services, we believe that every successful event deserves a clean, fresh and welcoming environment. We were delighted to put this belief into practice as the official cleaning contractor for the Easy Sunday Soul Session at Wynberg Sports Club in Cape Town.
It was a pleasure to be part of an event that brought people together to enjoy good music, great company and an unforgettable atmosphere. From the VIP area to the backstage spaces and event grounds, our team worked hard behind the scenes to help keep the venue clean, comfortable and presentable throughout the event.
Keeping the VIP Experience Fresh and Comfortable
One of our key responsibilities was maintaining the cleanliness of the VIP area, ensuring that guests could relax and enjoy the event in a pleasant environment. We paid particular attention to the VIP ablution block, helping to maintain clean and fresh bathroom facilities for guests throughout the day.
To support a more comfortable experience, ONAMI also supplied handwash and air fresheners for the bathrooms. We understand that the little details matter, and having clean, fresh-smelling and well-maintained ablution facilities is an important part of delivering a positive event experience.
Behind the Scenes, We Kept Things Clean
While guests enjoyed the music and festivities, our team remained focused on the important work happening behind the scenes.
We were responsible for keeping the backstage area clean and presentable, as well as collecting litter across the event grounds. These tasks helped contribute to a tidier venue and a more enjoyable environment for guests, performers and event staff.
At ONAMI, we understand that event cleaning requires flexibility, teamwork and attention to detail. Our approach is to work efficiently without disrupting the event, allowing organisers and attendees to focus on what matters most.
A Great Partnership with the Event Management Team
Beyond the cleaning itself, one of the highlights of our experience was working with the event management company. The team was friendly, approachable and easy to work with, which made coordination throughout the event a positive experience.
Good communication and cooperation between the cleaning contractor and event organisers are essential to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We appreciated the welcoming working relationship and the opportunity to contribute to the event's overall experience.
